Refund Policy
Intuit ProAdvisor offers a range of professional services for purchase. We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, the following refund policy applies. Please review it carefully before purchasing any of our services.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. Requests must be sent via email to support@intuitproadvisors.us and include the order reference number along with the reason for the refund request.
Once your request is received, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service team.
If the refund is approved, processing may take up to three (3) business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
After processing, it may take up to seven (7) business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Important Notes
Fees paid for Accounting Consultation or any other consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
Visiting charges are strictly non-refundable.
